Can users upload images on comment section in blog article ?

I want users can add product images in comment section of blog. How can we do that ? Is this task possible ? I'msearching someone who can do it.

Hello Gal, I'm making biographies and i want to allow, everyone who knows the person, to import images with the person. You can see it here : https://souvenirdetoi.com/blogs/biographies/jean-guerin#livredor (go at the end). I modified the code and the users can download images by clicking on "Sélect. fichiers" but when they post the comment, the images don't appear on the comment. So if you can help that will be great. I can pay you if it's necessary.

Image upload feature can be done using custom app only we can create this functionality let me know if interested in.
