Can we sort or filter orders by delivery method?

Hey All,

Hope you all are having a great run into the festive season! 

Is it possible to Sort Or Filter Orders by Delivery Method, so Standard, Express and Next Day. Or add auto tags to an order by the Postage Option chosen.

Shopify not provide this type on features.

For this you need to create relating between products and the delivery options by liquid code.
