Can you export a specific alternative in a product?

Hey

I work with phone cases and we have around 500 different designs with 40+ alternatives.

When a new phone releases i add these "semi-manually" to all products.

I wonder 2 things

1. Is there a good import-app function that can add these to all products (I work with excel and have everything sorted out there with the right SKU etc) i would also prefer that it came in the right order in the "list of alternatives" i have to drag these to the right place as it is now. Takes a workday or 2 when we have so many choices.

2. We work with 2 stores.. 1 for europe and one for US, question: Is it possible to export just the alternatives so i can import it to the US-shop?

By alternatives i assume you mean variations? There are multiple apps that can sync products across stores

It is also possible to build a custom app that would accept your existing excel file to sync the variations between shops based on a product SKU for example.

I will certainly check into this, how about adding more variations to existing products?

Example: iPhone 16 launches, we have 4 different variations across all of our designs (about 500), which makes it totally 2000 new SKU's, at this very moment i just add these SKU + variations manually across the store (i do have a database with import aswell) 

So i do have the excel ready before, but i dont have any way to make this a smooth process for now 😞
