Can you export your Shopify Inbox chats to a data document?

I am looking for a way to export all of our shopify inbox chats over that last 12 or so months. I want to input it to AI and see the common themes we are getting questions on so we can build better FAQ's for our customers.

As for exporting Shopify Inbox chats, Shopify doesn’t currently offer a direct “export all” function through the admin. However, one workaround I’ve seen store owners use is accessing the inbox data via connected apps (like Shopify Flow or third-party integrations) or requesting a data export through Shopify Support if needed for compliance or review.
