can you remove the hyperlink for the tracking number on the shipping confirmation email?

Hi, is it possible to remove the hyperlink for the tracking number on the shipping confirmation email? I'd like to have the tracking number there but just unlinked.  I have an order tracking app that I have customised that customers can use on my site. I'd prefer it if they were not redirected to another tracking site when clicking on this link. Thank you
