Can you send one invoice for multiple orders?

Hi,

can anyone tell me if it is possible to send one invoice including multiple orders?
For example, I have customers who may place 12 orders which I then invoice them for at the end of the month. I don't want to send 12 separate invoices, I would really like all orders on one.

Have you found any assistance with this? I am also looking for similar functionality to create a total invoice from multiple separate orders. 

Our scenario is we send corporate orders for a Company to different shipping locations for their clients. For example, Company A needs 100 different client gifts sent to 100 different shipping locations.  Company A then wants 1 Total Invoice for all the individual 100 orders sent out to their clients that are located at different locations, hence 100 different orders since all need to go to a different destination.
