This is an accepted solution.

I have found the solution. Shopify Shipping doesn't offer Regular Parcel rates unless merchants have connected their own Canada Post account.

@flexrex  Hi , Ensure that Canada Post Regular Parcel is correctly set up in your Shopify shipping settings. Double-check the shipping rates and conditions you’ve entered. If it still doesn’t appear, try clearing your store’s cache or reach out to Shopify support for assistance.

hi @flexrex There could be a few reasons why Canada Post Regular Parcel isn't showing up at checkout on your Shopify store. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Double-check the carrier service settings in your Shopify store. Ensure that Regular Parcel is selected and configured correctly.
  • Verify that your Shopify settings' shipping zones and rates include the Regular Parcel option. Ensure that the product's weight and dimensions fit within limits for Regular Parcel.
  • Ensure that the product dimensions and weight are accurately entered in Shopify. If the product's weight or dimensions exceed the limits for Regular Parcel, it won't show up as an option.
  • Check your shipping profiles to make sure Regular Parcel is included. Sometimes, custom shipping profiles can override the general settings.
  • Make sure there are no restrictions or conditions set in your checkout settings that might exclude Regular Parcel as a shipping option.
  • Double-check the address you're using for testing. Sometimes, address formatting issues can affect the availability of certain shipping options.

If everything seems correct and Regular Parcel still doesn't show up, you might want to contact Shopify Support for further assistance. They can help diagnose any deeper issues with the integration or settings.

A lot of Shopify store owners use Canada Post using our Multi-Carrier Shipping Label app and hardly encounter such issues. If you have a Canada Post account of your own I would recommend you try the application and give it a shot. It can help you with displaying rates at checkout, printing shipping labels from within Shopify, printing Canada Post manifest for pickups, and providing shipment tracking as well.
