I have selected Canada Post regular parcel, expedited and Xpress post. But Regular parcel is not showing at check out. I checked with Canada post website with same address and same weight and regular parcel is showing up.
anyone has a solution for this?

I have found the solution. Shopify Shipping doesn't offer Regular Parcel rates unless merchants have connected their own Canada Post account.

A lot of Shopify store owners use Canada Post using our Multi-Carrier Shipping Label app and hardly encounter such issues. If you have a Canada Post account of your own I would recommend you try the application and give it a shot. It can help you with displaying rates at checkout, printing shipping labels from within Shopify, printing Canada Post manifest for pickups, and providing shipment tracking as well.
