Cancellation

I want to cancel my subscription and have tried for months and it is maddening. How can I remove my Shopify subscription—I’ve resorted to having it be fraudulent charges with my bank bc there is no easy way to do this

@ebrister, well it can be deleted in 2 ways, You can simply remove it from your billing details and the payment section, I can assist you in removing this, but I need store access for this, let me know if you need assistance, or you can DM.
