Raising this again to flag the importance. I note that it was raised in 2018 and there does not appear to have been a resolution yet.
I don't understand why the Orders on the left still shows cancelled and archived orders - it's not reflective of true volume. Truly, how difficult can it be for a Shopify Developer to update this total to reflect the true number of orders? - eg. don't include Archived orders in the total
I have done as was suggested back in 2022 and added a filter for Unfulfilled/Paid however the total orders being incorrect on the left is so frustrating.
