cancelled my subscription and deactivated my store and yet I'm still been charged. firstly I was charged unto 2 dollars for 3 months and this very month I was charged more than 35 dollars. I don`t Use Shopify at all, I only opened the account through a YouTube channel.
If your Shopify store was deactivated and you're still being charged, it's possible the subscription wasn’t fully canceled or there was a second store/account active. Check your email for any receipts to confirm which store the charges are coming from, and log into your Shopify account(s) to ensure all stores are fully closed. Then, contact Shopify Support with the billing details so they can investigate and potentially issue a refund.
