I got a cancelled order email for a product I purchased yesterday (attached below). Currently the site itself is "having issues" and the page is currently down. I have 0 idea whether I just got scammed or whether it is extremely bad timing, but seeing as there is text saying i got "refunded", I should get my money back soon right?

First, I hope it is refunded and you can get your money back easily. But there are so many scams online that first thought it is a scam.
Domain name is just 3 months old, registered in the same way as most of the scam sites, Cloudflare and Tucows as a domain registrar. It uses one of the free themes and there is no clear contact information. I bet there was heavy advertising on social networks. And offering a pre-order on a new website, that is not known is another tactic. Plus it is a time of year when big discounts do not unusual.
So, I recommend you check with Shopify first, you can use the Issue with order option

Then get in contact with your bank to issue a refund if possible.
