Hi,

 

I've cancelled my Shopify account and deleted the email account associated with it. I'm still getting charged for a subscription. There's nobody to reach out to and call. I don't know where to go or how to even access the email because it's been deleted. The customer service outreach platform from Shopify is poor in design.

This means that you still have a Store left active that you forgot about. Prepare your Bank Statement Screenshot that shows the date, amount, currency, 9 digit Shopify Invoice Number then go here [Shopify Help Center](https://help.shopify.com/support) then tell them that you are getting charged on your Card. They will then submit it for review and your card would be removed from the System
