Cancelling orders

Hi there!
I have a query related to cancelling orders. Does cancelling orders on Shopify have a negative impact on the sales generated through Meta platforms? Or does it in anyway affect the algorithm negatively and reduces sale value?

• Shopify and Meta are separate platforms. They operate independently, and actions on one platform generally don't directly affect the other.
• Order cancellations are a normal part of business. Even successful businesses experience order cancellations. This is not seen as a negative factor by Meta's algorithms.  
• Focus on customer satisfaction. Prioritizing customer satisfaction by handling cancellations professionally is more important for overall business health, including your meta-advertising performance.
