Cannot access store

I am desperately trying to get my online store live after having to provide further information about my business. The information was provided over two weeks ago and I still cannot access my store.

I have just transferred over from wordpress and I am losing so much money, including all trade from Mothers Day,

Has anyone experienced this before and whats the most effective way to escalate it?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received an update about your store. Have you been in touch with our live support team? When you contact us through the Help Center we can check with our escalated support team to see if there is an update. To get in touch, you can follow these steps:


  1. Head over to the Help Center.
  2. Enter the details of your question into the chat assistant.
  3. Wait for the chat assistant's response and click I still need help.
  4. Follow the prompts to be connected with a Support Advisor.

I have been told they cannot assist as they have no access to the escalation team.
