Cannot apply template to pages theme Stiletto

I am trying to use one of my existing templates on a page and it's not letting me select anything other than 

'default page'

or 'contact'

Attached are the templates I have in my theme, and the second attachment shows the templates that allow me to apply to my pages - both existing and new.

Hi @amierafa 
To apply the template, you have to first create those in live theme, after that you can use those in pages backend and then customize in your development theme
