Cannot Creat Shipping Labels/Access Mkt - "You Need Permission To View This Page" but I'm the owner

When trying to issue a shipping label I get this message below:

"You need permission to view this page

Email the account owner to get access to this page."

Doesn't make any sense as I'm the site owner. This was working yesterday.

Anyone else with this problem? Is this a bug?

Cannot access the marketing area neither.

We are having the same issue. It was working just an hour ago.

Please advise on this issue.
