Cannot Create Product Template - Sense Theme

Sense version 11.0.0

I'm creating my new website and am having a couple issues. Can ANYONE explain how I'm supposed to create a new product template? First - the links to my product pages are showing as "404 Error". This led me to realize that I only have one "default product" template that all of my products are assigned to. I went into my theme and tried to add another product template, but the "create template" button is gone. (IDK if this is relevant, but the "create template" button is still showing under other options like the "Pages" tab and I'm able to create page templates, but not product templates).

I have literally read 20 different discussion posts trying to figure out how to fix this and I can't figure it out. If anyone could help me, that would be absolutely wonderful! TYIA!!!

If any reason you are not getting the link for creating new product template, you can create it with in the code editor. 
I created a small clip for you, please note it's a Shopify Dawan theme but it's the same for all the themes.

Please duplicate your current theme and never edit a live theme.
