An SSL certificate is provided to you for free when you successfully connect your domain to your Shopify store. Are you certain you purchased the domain from Cloudfare?

Since you're unsure of how this landing page is appearing, it would also suggest that you do not own the domain. I'm also not able to see any public DNS records which would indicate it was not set up to work with Shopify.

Seeing as you purchased the domain from a third party our support would be limited as we do not have access to the domain manager. You will need to contact Cloudflare to troubleshoot this further.

The windows IIS landing page is not something I can troubleshoot as the domain was not purchased through Shopify. You will need to speak with your domain provider to troubleshoot this further.

They will need to ensure your "A" record points to 23.227.38.65 and your "Cname" record points to shop.myshopify.com - You can find more detailed instructions for connecting a third-party domain through our help center here

@qusheli

Your DNS settings appear to be correct and I'm not seeing any additional records that would stop the system from applying the SSL to your account. That said, I do not know the reason behind why the Windows Server appears when trying to access your store.

You will need to fix that first before we can try to fix the SSL certificate issue. Please contact Realtime Register B.V. (your registered domain provider) for further assistance.

Hi Dear

The cache still retains settings not related to me, so old recordings need to be deleted on shopify side. I am not authorized to patch or control these processes on my part, please consult the network administrator.

You will need to contact our support via Chat or email to look into the account as I do not have access to your store. I'm afraid our support is going to be limited given that you're using a third party; however, our support will at least be able to look into the SSL certificate for the domain.

You can use that link to login into your store and create a support request using email or live chat.

Thank you.
