Cannot receive payouts & business verification not working

I made a post about this weeks ago and with no luck I have nothing. I have waited.

 

I have re - entered SSN and chose individual/sole proprietor after weeks and it still continues to load on the page and stays there. If anyone else had this problem, how did you solve it? Shopify, please at least reply to one of my posts as I need help to receive payouts and have been requesting for a while... @Shopify 

 

How can you perceive as allowing individuals to start their own business when they cannot even get past the most simplest steps... thinking about just giving up.
