Cannot reinstall app after uninstalling

After I tried reinstalling an app after uninstalling it, I am met with this error message. Ive tried going into incognito, clearing cookies, installing it on different devices but this issue persists. When i click install it just redirects me to the same page.

Ive tried restarting my computer, nothing has worked for me
