When I go to my website with my phone, I cannot scroll down the menu for more options.

I see your issue there too in mobile format. Looks like there isn't any styling being applied to change from a desktop menu.

it's called Dawn theme but custom, idk if it can help

If you paid someone to customize it I would reach out to them still.
The dawn theme comes with a mobile menu as standard.
