Cannot transfer ownership due to Shopify Capital balance

Can anyone help with this technical issue? I am selling my company and the last step is to transfer ownership. I went in to do this but I still had a Shopify Capital loan balance. I immediately paid it off on 6/17/24 (fully processed on 6/17/24), it is now 7/22/24 and I still am getting the same error message stating: "Your account ownership cannot be transferred while you have an outstanding Shopify Capital balance..." I have contacted support multiple times since then but nothing has changed and I'm getting anxious that this will impact the sell that should be finalized by now. Can anyone assist with a workaround? Since you’ve already paid off the loan and it's not reflecting, continue contacting Shopify Support and emphasize the urgency.

Sometimes escalating the issue or requesting to speak with a higher-level support agent can speed things up.
