Cannot use purchased domain -> Support chat doesn't work as well

I cannot access support chat as it shows me no options to use the chat, I think it's a bug or smith. When you go to support center-> choose topics and see "Contact Support" but no options below. We purchased the domain on Shopify, received confirmation via email, but we cannot use it for some reason -> it says that this domain exists with another store while we purchased as free domain. Please contact us via mk.alsena@gmail.com

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry you are having difficulties accessing our Support Team. 

 

I recommend trying on a new browser/device or clearing your browser history/data and cookies. By doing these local troubleshooting steps, you should be able to see contact options under get support. Please let me know if you do not see those options after troubleshooting.

Hi Emily! Unfortunately,  it didn’t work (I tried it before mentioning here)

If possible Please connect me with according Support Specialist to resolve the problem of custom domain.
