Hello,
We have a Shopify <> Zettle integration and everything runs smoothly except for one thing. Gift cards that have been purchased through our website are not recognized when a customer is in store trying to redeem it through the Zettle POS. The Zettle POS will not accept them. However, if a gift card is created and sold via the Zettle POS, then the customer is able to redeem the gift card both via the Zettle POS in store and through our website.
Is there a setting in the integration that we are missing, or some other known issue which is causing the Zettle POS to not recognise gift cards purchased through the website?
