cannot verify shopify sender email while i already added 4 CNAME records

So its been a headache for a week.. im trying to verify my sender email with shopify i already added the CNAME records 4 all of them to my namecheap hosting server and it still says " failed " 

and i did all of the step but still failed.

I have a few questions: 

  • Are you using the root domain with your Shopify store, or are you only using subdomains? 
  • Are the subdomains pointed to shops.myshopify.com?
  • Are you waiting 24 hours after adding the CNAME records?
  • Are you trying to add all 4 domains to your admin or are you only trying to add one?
  • What is the URL?

Hello. I have the same problem at this. 

 

  • I am using a sub-domain https://lotsofsocks.worlddownsyndromeday.org/ 
  • Subdomain is pointed to shops.myshopify.com via CNAME
  • Trying to add all 4 CNAME domains requested for sender email as requested by Shopify. Adding this to root domain as not possible to add to the subdomain (as far as I can see)
  • Have waited 24 hours several times.

Can you help?

Sounds like you've done everything right so far. I would recommend contacting Shopify Support directly so they can look into the account and subdomains to ensure they are set up correctly. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, manually typing your question/issue in the search bar, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
