So its been a headache for a week.. im trying to verify my sender email with shopify i already added the CNAME records 4 all of them to my namecheap hosting server and it still says " failed "
and i did all of the step but still failed.

Sounds like you've done everything right so far. I would recommend contacting Shopify Support directly so they can look into the account and subdomains to ensure they are set up correctly. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, manually typing your question/issue in the search bar, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
