Cant connect my tiktok with my shopify due to no account, but I'm on the tiktok right now!

I have a tiktok business account. I use my phone number to log in. when I want to log in on my PC, I have an SMS sent and then type in the code.

So I install the tiktok for shopify app. I go to connect, enter the same phone number and click the send text button. I get the text code. When I enter the code, shopify TikTok app tells me "no such account." This is the same number I use for the customer service on the shopify store.

Uh, help?

I'm having the same issue i have a tik tok account but when trying to connect to shopify it's saying there is no account with that email or phone number
