Cant get in touch with support

Is anyone else having trouble setting up a chat or call with support? I am getting rerouted in circles and cannot seem to figure out how to connect with a live chat support!

Happy to help. You can get in touch with support by visiting our help center here. When you do so, could you explain exactly what is happening on your end? 


When you select the chat option, you should be met with a form where you enter your name, email, and message. From there, you should be able to get in touch with a support advisor shortly.

Im having the samer issues. I just go in circle. I clicked your "here" link and it just keeps going back to the same screen, no chat option. THe deep I go, there still is no green button or options to actually get help or contact support in any way. Chat, email, phone or otherwise. ???!!

I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues contacting support. Depending on the issue, going through the following troubleshooting steps is a good idea to ensure that this is not a local issue:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues. 
  • When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look. 
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on the device as these can interfere.
