Cant link Facebook and Instagram Sales Channels to Shopify

Hi, I know many have asked this question but I get this error when I am trying to link Shopify to Meta by the Facebook and Instagram Meta App on Shopify; 

These assets are already linked to a shop. Since you don’t have permission to edit the catalog connected to this shop, a Business Manager admin must assign you Manage catalog permissions to continue.

I checked my Facebook business account, I am the only owner and have full access to everything. There is no catalog, or someone else on that catalog for that matter. How to fix this? this is so frustrating, I have wasted many hours on this.

Please DM your store url and we can help you fix this. This needs some troubleshooting but wont take more than 2 hrs once we start.
