Cant log in my account

hi my name is Roble. I have been trying to log in my account but been struggling, I accidentally set up a two step authentication which I forgot I also deleted the app I generated the code with, I had to create another account just to contact customer service. Im getting to the point where i dont know what to do anymore.

Hi @RobleFarah, have you tried using Google Authenticator to generate codes? I'm using that app myself.
