Hi @moses-yabo May be you are facing multiple problems and to be very honest i dont why? so I'm giving you multiple option, try these and let me know they are useful or not
If you're having trouble uploading files to Shopify, here are a few things to check:
File Size & Format: Ensure your file is within Shopify's size limits (20MB for images, 1GB for videos, and 100MB for documents) and is in a supported format (JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF, CSV, MP4, etc.).
Browser Issues: Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser (like Chrome or Firefox) to resolve any potential glitches.
Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as weak or interrupted connections can cause uploads to fail.
App or Theme Conflicts: Disable any apps or custom code that might be interfering with the upload process.
Shopify Status: Check Shopify's status page to see if there are any ongoing issues with their servers.
If none of these work, reaching out to Shopify support can help resolve the issue.

I tried all the suggested solutions, but unfortunately, none of them worked. I also noticed that the issue wasn’t limited to Shopify—YouTube was experiencing the same errors. However, when I logged in using Incognito mode, everything functioned perfectly.
This leads me to suspect that the issue might be related to changes made by the IT department when they configured my system under the company domain. Regardless, I really appreciate your assistance. Thanks again!
