I've never been used Shopify but my debit card was fraud and Shopify transactions happen everyday. Shopify team, please contact me as soon as possible. I couldn't reach you via the chatbot in this urgent situation.

If you believe that your billing information was used on a Shopify store to pay for our services then contacting your bank is the best step forward. Reporting the credit card as stolen will flag any Shopify accounts using that card (same for any other platform like ours).
