All things Shopify and commerce
I'm dealing with a frustrating issue and hoping someone can suggest a solution.
We run an art gallery where we sell artwork, which can be shipped, picked up, or delivered locally. We’ve also integrated Printify with our Shopify store to sell print-on-demand products. Everything works fine in the cart, whether it’s for a product from our gallery or a Printify item. However, when the cart contains a mix of both in-house products and Printify items, the order won't process.
Each type of order (in-house or Printify) works fine individually. But how can we set it up so that a customer can order both in-house products—such as artwork they might pick up from our gallery or have delivered locally—along with Printify products like posters, magnets, or notebooks, in the same transaction?
It seems like it could be how you set up delivery/shipping rules or for whatever reason the Printify location did not set properly (rare). Normally, I would not do this, but I created a POD app for hats, shirts, and hoodies (made and shipped from Arkansas). If you want to try that app, I can help troubleshoot directly.

Otherwise, I would recommend you just uninstall and reinstall printify and ensure the location is correctly set in yrou settings > locations
I ended up contacting Shopify Support via chat. My locations were properly configured and it was referred up the chain to investigate further.
