Case sensitive searches

I have in my vendors list ASICS, Asics and asics and used to be able to select these from my vendors list and only get the case I selected so I could fix these to all be the same. A few months back the search became non-case sensitive and I can no longer get a list of just the asics one's to fix. Are there any wildcards that will allow me to do case sensitive searches or an option that I can switch of sensitivity to allow me to tidy the vendor list and other variables as they are filling up with multiple versions of the same item. I appreciate that now the vendors list onsite is tidy and only shows one of these but the admin side is now a complete mess and the last thing I want to do is export and import to tidy.
