Category Page not Clickable when adding Subcategories

Hi, I can't click on the category in the main menu anymore when I add subcategories. I chatted with support and they couldnt find a solution either. They said it can't be solved in the admin panel, but by coding. Did anyone experience the same issue and was able to solve this succesfully? Thanks a lot!
