Referring to the title, my region doesnt support shopify payments so I want to manually edit the email template's currency.
My current currency formatting is:
Email with currency: $ {{amount}} USD
Email without currency: $ {{amount}} USD
In some emails, i specifically want to change the item price and total all to be euros so € {{amount}} EUR. I CANNOT change my store settings, i just want to edit the email.
What I found out:
1) item_price, money follows email without currency
2) money_without_currency will strip the currency but i still have the above problem since I don't know what to replace
