Change Header Color for Homepage Only (Mobile and Desktop Views)

I would like to change the header background to black and the text (including logo, icons, search bar, and menu/submenu) to white on the homepage only. On all other pages (product pages, collection pages, etc.), I would like to keep the default white header background and text color from the Dawn theme. Please guide me on how to make these changes for the homepage, ensuring the header background is black with white text, while the other pages retain the default colors.
