Change return reasons

Hello! I want to change the return reasons on my shopify page, and to remove "Style" and "color" from return reasons. Can you help me?

Changing return reasons on Shopify isn't directly possible. Here's what you can do:

1. Use "Other" option: Customers can choose "Other" and explain their reason (e.g., wrong style, color mismatch).

2. Internal tracking (recommended):

   • When processing returns, add custom tags (e.g., "style_issue") to returns mentioning style or color issues in the return details section of your Shopify admin.
   • This helps you track these reasons internally and understand customer preferences over time.

Hi Shopify!

Having a feature to edit and deselect return reasons would really help. At the moment it is the main reason we haven't switched to native returns.

We are an interiors company and the default reasons are very fashion orientated. We need to be able to add custom ones based on product too.
