change text and color of my atc button

i must chanhe the color backgroun of my atc butto, i tried to do this but i see always a border, now i've this code with the text in black, i need the code uploaded with also the color #FF4500 added, thks

Step 1: Go to Shopify Admin -> Online Store ->Theme -> Edit code

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Insert this code above </head> tag:

<style>
.product-form__submit.button {
   background-color: #FF4500 !important;
}
</style>

Step 1: Online Stores > Themes > More Actions > Edit code

Step 2: click on theme.liquid and paste the code above the </head>
