Change the header layout or color-logo in a specific page

Hi, I'm using the Ella theme.  I have multiple pages and collection pages.  

I would like to change the header layout on specific pages so it may vary.  means I would like to change the colour, logo as well on the page, headers to be different to that of other pages, 

1. change the header colour/logo on specific pages and not just all the pages be the same colour or logo.

• Is it on a product page, collection page or a normal page
• You can go to that particular page template and add custom coding for styling it.
