Change the Stock status filter to always on

Hey all

I recently started using filters on my fashion e-commerce store. I am using the Search & discover app for filters and now when I go to select size M all products that have ever been in stock in size M shows. Only when I also select the "in stock" filter always will I see products in size M in stock.

My question is, is there any way I can make it so the "in stock" filter is always on?
