Does this take time to update? I tried this and my URL still showed the old title

Hi @birdiecoffeeco

You might have to wait for google to crawl on your website. It might take 1-3 days

Hi @birdiecoffeeco

If you want to change the title of the website for URL links

- Option 1: Edit the url and title on Shopify defaults
Go to the online store, select pages and edit it in the search engine section. This way you can customize the url of any page.

- Option 2: Use third-party apps

Most Shopify Third-Party apps support you in editing urls and any title. Like EComposer, it allows you to adjust the url to match your social posts

You can also adjust the page image displayed on social posts.

I'm taking EComposer as an example. You can use it or find an application with similar capabilities.

Thanks!

Hi @birdiecoffeeco

To add to the suggestions provided to you already, I wanted to share that you can also use specific social media platform tools to update your social content on their platform. They have the option to scrape and update your website metadata for their specific platform, ensuring your website previews are as you have designed. You can check your social media previews and update for specific channels using this free website: Social Share Preview – Check social media link previews.
