Changes that I do to my products are not saved

Hello,
 
I am currently facing an issue with my products. I am not able to save any changes that I do to them. Whenever I click save, all my changes are gone and the old stuff is brought back.
 
I have tried logging in from an incognito window and still the same issue.
Tried from different browsers and still the same issue.
 
I am not even able to use the help center. It keeps giving me internal server error once I choose my store.
 
Any suggestions what I should do to solve this issue? Is there a support number I can call for shopify support?
I have tried sending an email to support@shopify.com but I got back a reply to use the help center which is pointless in my case.

Hi! I am having the same issue with the Product Description not saving. Other folks have also reported the same issue. I was told via chat that the developers were working on the problem, but don't have any timeline. Shopify Status is not showing any issues, so not sure what's happening.

Our team is aware of the issue and our developers are hard at work on a fix. While it's not wide spread enough to effect the Shopify Status, there are a group of merchants experiencing the same issue.

I am experiencing this problem too. I can save a new product but I can't save an Sku or barcodes for it.

I'm having a really hard time with this issue. Edits to the order of variants are not saving a lot of the time. I get a popup window saying changes have been saved, but the bar at the very top of the page still says the page has unsaved changes.

I've been having the same issues for weeks. It happens on different computers and in different browsers. I've cleared the cookies and the cache and it did not solve the problem. It's very frustrating to work on custom descriptions for our products and realize none of the changes have been saved.
