Changing a Shop's EIN

Hello, 

I just recently moved to a different state and dissolved my old LLC to create a new LLC here. That being said, I received a new EIN number that is different than the one I originally registered my shop under (same LLC name though). I got ahold of Shopify Support last week in attempt to change my EIN and received confirmation that they would be emailing me for more information/guidance on the process. However, I have yet to hear from them via email.

When I attempt to contact Shopify Support through the online chat, it keeps glitching and shows multiple "Contact Support" boxes. When I click on them, they will not put me through. Is there a more efficient way to get this resolved and change my EIN? Help please!
