Changing authentication tool to other mobile

I am hoping Shopify's administratiors can see this post and make changes instantly.

I recently paused my store and I wanted to change my authentication tool to a new phone. I noticed that I cannot go to the setting page anymore if I don't buy a plan first. How can Shopify not allowing me to do this simple task without subscription?? Please help!

Hi @soldgoood 

Thank you for your feedback regarding accessing your store account settings while on a full pause plan. 

If a store has been closed or moved to the full pause plan for 3 months, all store information, settings and the admin, is not accessible to the account owner until the plan is renewed. In this situation I would suggest renewing your store plan, updating your security information and re-pause the store. Any fees paid will be pro-rated and turned into a credit on the account for future billing charges, covering the majority of the cost of activating the store again in the future.
