Hello,
I have submitted my personal details for shopify payments however I have submitted the incorrect address. I am trying to change it however it is now asking for ID and proof of address. I cannot send a proof of address as I have submitted the wrong address. How do I change this?

This information cannot be changed within your Shopify admin. In order to update this to the correct information, you'll need to get in touch with our authenticated Support through the Shopify Help Center. When accessing the Help Center, please type your question to the Help Center Assistant in order to be connected to a live Support Advisor.

Since the documents are already submitted, you will need to reach out to Shopify support team and report them this issue. They will be able to help you as well change the needed information. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
