Changing text color for image banners only for desktop view.

It got all messed up because of a new update, it was white on desktop before and now it changed to black. Need help quickly!

Hi @Aabe 

Try this one. 

  • From your Shopify admin dashboard, click on "Online Store" and then "Themes".
  • Find the theme that you want to edit and click on "Actions" and then "Edit code".
  • In the "Assets" folder, click on "base.css, style.css or theme.css" file, depending on which file your theme uses to store its CSS styles. At the bottom of the file, add the following CSS code:

 

@media only screen and (min-width: 749px){
.banner__box.content-container.content-container--full-width-mobile.color-background-1.gradient, h2.banner__heading.inline-richtext.h2 {
    color: white !important;
}
}

 

  • And Save.
  • Result:

Go to your Online store > Customize > Settings > Custom Css
and paste this code there
