My store recently had lost three of the Chargeback that was flagged fraudulent. Now, I called the chase bank to ask help if I can still retrieve the chargeback that was lost, then they informed me to get the merchant ID. Now the Shopify advisor gave me the merchant ID / Shop ID and I tried to call back the chase bank, they informed me that they cannot pull up the details for the three chargebacks from my store. Now, Shopify Support told me that I can no longer retrieve the chargebacks because Shopify does not provide chargeback numbers or case ID's regarding this matter.
My question is that, if how I can get the merchant ID or case IDs for each chargeback and I can still win back or retrieve back the chargeback that was lost?

Since merchant ID is a sensitive information, Shopify supports are the only one who can provide you that. As for Chargeback case IDs, these are only provided to the one who initiated the chargeback and their bank. Best course of option is to try to reach out to the customer who initiated the chargeback and asked for the chargeback case ID for documentation.
Hi @SealSubs-Roan appreciate your comment on my question. In that case, what if the customer can no longer reachable cause the customer is scam however the products were already sent to them? Could you give me suggestions on how I can still get the Chargeback case IDs?
