Checkout button not redirecting to payment gateway on cart

I am currently experiencing an issue with the checkout button on the cart of my site:

tiendasmd.com

When clicked, it does not redirect to the external payment gateway as expected. However, the Quick View button functions correctly and redirects to the appropriate page without any issues.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this problem?

what is the payment gateway?   is it a payment that you selected in the shopify menu of providers or you had to install it manually?

to help troubleshoot I would turn on the cart drawer instead and see if you can get to checkout that way.
