Checkout button not taking to checkout page

I recently just purchased the effortless theme on Shopify, added all the images and products and designed my store to how I want it. However, I’m really not sure why the checkout button just isn’t working, like as if there isn’t a page link to it. Any help?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with your online checkout, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you receiving an error when attempting to checkout? 

 

I'd encourgae you to attempt the following troubleshooting steps mentioned below to see if this helps to resolve: 

 

  • Clear your Cache and Cookies.
  • Access the shop in an Incognito Tab. 
  • Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  • Try Another Device. 
  • Try accessing from the Shopify Mobile App. 

 

If after attempting all of the steps outlined above, the checkout button is still not working as expected, please Contact Us directly. This will allow our advisor team to take a closer look and ensure it's resolved as quickly as possible.
