Hello,
On our website (UK based) we have recently had an issue with our international orders. We have them processed through global-e & have found out international orders are not pushed into there system & was hoping for some advice on how to resolve this. I have spoken to global-e but, they have not been able to provide me with a solution for over a week now.
Second issue - I have now noticed for international orders the check out page just errors & just refreshes the page.
Would really appreciate the help on these matters.

If you're looking for an alternative to Global-e (that only allows you to use DHL), you could look into Zonos. They are specifically set up to handle all duties and taxes for international orders.
Our app can work with them if you are also looking at setting up rules for your products to ship.

Noooooo omg they are soooooooo expensive. use the DHL Duty & Tax Calc - it doesnt take percentage of order value its based on each duty/tax calculation request at checkout its $90 a month for 300 shipments. plus carrier agnostic
